AlertMedia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Renewals Coordinator to support our renewals process and enhance customer retention within our high-volume accounts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing contract renewals, ensuring timely communications with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Oversee the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in Salesforce 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their renewals, addressing questions and provide assistance throughout the process 
  • Work closely with the sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions and fulfill customer needs 
  • Maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services 
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth  

What you bring to the role:  

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Renewals, Procurement or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS organization   
  • Background in sales, business development is a plus 
  • A consistent track record of achieving personal goals  
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team 
  • This is a hybrid position (2-3 days a week) in the Reforma area of Mexico City where you’ll get to collaborate with our other team members 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a must 
  • This is an in office, hybrid position (2-3 days a week) in our downtown Mexico City (Reforma) offices
