We are looking for a highly skilled Node.js Developer with hands-on experience in Apache Kafka to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable backend services, event-driven systems, and real-time data processing applications.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-performance backend services using Node.js.
Implement and manage real-time event streaming using Apache Kafka.
Build scalable and maintainable microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues related to Node.js services and Kafka message pipelines.
Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
Strong proficiency in Node.js with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
Solid experience with Apache Kafka (producer/consumer architecture, stream processing, message delivery guarantees).
Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices.
Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem.
Good understanding of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases.
