Remote Site Coordinator (Cantonese)Job Description Summary
The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering client facing services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service capability within C&W’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre. This role provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region.The RSC will require the holder to operate in accordance with established and developing processes, material and management systems aimed at providing remote site management support to range of sites across the APAC region. This role will work either independently or as part of a team to provide site coordination services for the assigned portfolio.

About the Role:
- Operations Support - Supports the planning and delivery of remote site services across the APAC region while continuously improving processes, practices, and management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Administrative & Process Support - Provides administrative and operational support to country teams by maintaining documents, ensuring compliance, managing reporting cycles, and delivering training to promote consistency and operational readiness.
- Financial & Invoice Support - Supports procure-to-pay operations by managing purchase orders, assisting with invoice processing and payment tracking, and collaborating with Finance to resolve discrepancies while ensuring accurate reporting.
- Operational Excellence - Supports corporate real estate operations by identifying risks and service gaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvements to enhance workplace experience.
- Collaboration & Cross‑Support - Collaborates across teams to deliver seamless, solution-oriented support, assist with events and engagements, and ensure consistent service standards and smooth daily operations.
About You:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Must have 1-3 years facility management and remote site operational exposures.
- Advanced skills in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
- Must be internet savvy and with advanced IT skills providing remote communications.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules as well as holidays.
