This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. A valid driver's license and passport for travel is required for this role to travel within the USA. This role will be working in the CST timezone.

What your impact will be:

You will be the champion of delivering robust utility applications and integrations that empower our clients. Your tasks encompass:

  • Understand Project Requirements: Identify and understand customer needs and project definitions to validate statements of work.
  • Develop Project Timelines:Work with all parties to build schedules and communicate project status.
  • Deliver Complete Solutions: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring that applications and integrations are integrated seamlessly into the client's environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage thorough post-implementation acceptance testing to guarantee the successful deployment of solutions and facilitate a smooth project hand-off.

Building strong and lasting client and vendor relationships through proactive and effective communication is a core aspect of this role:

  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client and vendor relationships by being a dependable point of contact who exemplifies DataVoice's core values.
  • Effective Communication: Engage in proactive and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are exceeded.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in initiating, planning, executing, and leading project plans
  • Excellent communication, organization, and technical documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience in the utility industry is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  • Occasional travel for In-Office events
