The Supervisor is responsible for the assigned shift, including oversight of the staff within the Presentations Center; they may also be responsible for oversight of staff at satellite centers and/or US regional centers. Key duties include managing the staff, workflow, meeting KPI’s (around deadline achievement, quality and customer satisfaction) and being the senior site management whenever the SAM is not present.
Job qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum five years experience in a presentation production environment.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic Visio skills.
- Extensive knowledge of specialized applications, including Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules required for editing and proof reading material.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics.
- Experience leading and directing employees.
- Skilled at building and motivating a team.
- Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- *Provide immediate employee feedback on all elements of performance—accuracy, utilization/timeliness, and behavior. This includes preparing and issuing Disciplinary Action Forms (DAFs) as needed.
- *Consult with and influence users (bankers) to establish presentation needs. Develop productive client working relationships—learning and understanding business needs with regard to presentation materials.
- *Act as escalation point for any customer service and/or workflow issues.
- *Manage demand on a project basis.
- *Staff, assign and monitor large projects or special needs projects.
- *Ensure that deadlines are met per the current KPI agreement.
- *Ensure that Quality percentage is within current KPI agreement.
- *Ensure that Quality Assurance sampling rate is met per current KPI agreement.
- *Prepare completed jobs for quality assessment. This review is to evaluate accuracy and timeliness of documents produced. Discusses results with SAM regularly.
- *Develop and implement performance improvement strategies for specific staff as required.
- *Work closely with managers, workflow coordinators and T&C to identify and implement practical training initiatives that increase productivity and quality.
- *Implement process improvements that increase customer service and improve workflow.
- *Maintain strong relationships with satellite operators by doing a daily “walk-by” through all satellite floors (If responsible for oversight of satellite centers)
- *Maintain strong working relationships with peers and department members. This provides an opportunity to understand their expertise, and leverage it when relevant to a particular project or business unit need.
- *Identify technical issues and refer to the appropriate individual for timely resolution.
- *Responsible for accurate shift coverage by ensuring scheduling requirements are met.
- *Ensure Kronos payroll records are accurate for respective shift. Maintain Kronos Correction Logs as necessary.
- *Evaluate staff job performance by keeping accurate, confidential files.
- *Prepare staff annual performance reviews in UltiPro.
- *Provide leadership, team-building and motivation to the staff.
- *Communicate and administer Williams Lea and department policy and procedures to staff accurately and consistently, both ad hoc and within regular team huddles.
- *Prepare and deliver quarterly scorecards for staff.
- *Prepare and manage to individual Business Plan.
- *Perform all duties of Workflow Coordinator as needed.
- *Act as senior site manager in absence of SAM (after hours and weekends).
- *Provide ad hoc support to SAM.
