Leidos is seeking a Relativity Systems Manager to work on-site (telework will be permissible) in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC to lead a data migration effort of on-premises applications (Relativity Server 2024, CloudNine LAW, IPRO eCapture) to the cloud (RelativityOne). Data migration activities include, but are not limited to data mapping, testing, and migration of data from legacy applications and third-party repositories. This is a very senior level position, and candidates must demonstrate substantial, in-depth skills and experience specific to the requirements of the migration effort.

The Systems Manager is responsible for all technical aspects of very large litigation support projects, particularly those with unique and/or complex requirements. The Systems Manager will manage all of the resources for a project, from equipment, to staffing, to coordination and interconnection with other already existing systems. The Systems Manager typically reports to the contractor’s Senior Technical Manager or to the contractor’s Deputy Division Director for the project. The Systems Manager must take a very proactive, leadership role in managing the technical aspects of the project, including actively coordinating with a variety of Government representatives, other contractors, and other project and Contractor components, anticipating problems, hiring and training staff, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to migrate on-premises applications (Relativity Server 2024, CloudNine LAW, IPRO eCapture) to the cloud (RelativityOne)
Manages user help desk support, system and user documentation, system and user training.
Oversees development of configuration management, risk analysis, and disaster recovery solutions, particularly for web hosted litigation data.
Ensures that system and data security are adequately implemented and enforced.
Consults with the government COR regarding scheduling of work, personnel assignments, priorities and progress reporting; plans, staffs, schedules, and develops cost estimates for work to be performed; and reports on progress.
Directs and supervises staff; ensures conformance to functional requirements, technical design, and work standards; ensures successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control.
Develop and execute a training plan during the period of performance to encompass technical training to government operations staff and administrators on how to work with and generally maintain all new capabilities and enhancements.
Perform project management of all activities using agile methodologies.
Develop a project plan, including project schedule, scope, due dates, and related deliverables for all phases of the project lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) preferably in computer science or information management/technology disciplines
Experience within both Relativity Server and RelativityOne environments
5+ years of hands-on experience migrating litigation data from a server based application to the cloud
5+ years managing either litigation support or technical projects
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or at least 2 years of Relativity Administrative experience. Relativity Administrative experience includes but is not limited to creating and archiving workspaces, creating new users and groups.
Capability to manage implementations within complex, multi-org government cloud ecosystems
Experience with ESI processing applications
Leadership and management skills to include several years of first line management experience
Systems analysis skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) or significant experience managing technical projects and/or migrations.
Experience that clearly demonstrates the professionalism and capability to coordinate, monitor, assign, oversee, manage, and ensure the successful operation of all migration support and services
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in implementing user support help desks
Experience developing and deploying new applications to an established user group
Experience with CloudNine LAW and eCapture ESI processing applications
Experience in a litigation support environment
Hands-on experience in a Windows office automation environment such as JCON
Trial support experience a plus
Graduate degree in computer science or information management/technology
