We're looking for a customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored financing solutions.

Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Needs Assessment & Financial Advisory: Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Portfolio Management & Client Retention: Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
- Business Development: Proactively identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities while staying informed on market and competitor trends.
- Service Excellence & Collaboration: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relationship management experience - preferably in banking, financial services, or lending.
- Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities with a demonstrated capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical & Decision-Making Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work independently with high initiative and accountability.
- Organizational, Technical & Networking Strength: Strong time management and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably an established network within the business community.
