About your team :

The Personal Investing Relationship Management Team is dedicated to providing investment guidance and additional personal service to affluent clients and build-out profitable long-term relationships.

About your role :

A vital go-to-person for the team for our affluent clients. You’ll help our clients manage their investments and save for the futures they want. In addition, you take part in sales and campaign management activities. Ideally, you have a profound knowledge about investment products and markets with the ability to present on point market insights to clients and the team. This includes:

  • provide assistance in fund questions and market views or fund alternatives in the respective market phase for our clients
  • carry out customer meetings on site
  • explain our products and services, while making sure our clients can get the best out of our tools
  • handle and resolve a wide range of issues from an equally wide range of clients – and colleagues to make every conversation, email and letter a positive and helpful experience
  • participate in client events and represent our company at fairs
  • be involved in the conception, planning and management of sales measures such as mailings or events
  • provide ideas for current topics in newsletters, web or mailings

About you :

  • have at least two years experience in a customer relationship and/or service environment or in the sale of asset management products as well as in fund sales
  • know how to build rapport and communicate with all kinds of people
  • have pleasure and perseverance in client contact via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels and a deep understanding of client needs and situations
  • can explain often-complicated information in a clear and understandable way
  • aren’t happy until your customer is
  • completed training as a bank clerk or comparable training with corresponding bank-specific professional experience
  • have a sound knowledge of securities, especially funds, ETFs and portfolio solutions 
  • bring a distinct sales orientation, acquisition strength and closing orientation with you
  • You speak both German and English
