Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager (m/f/d) to support our Intermediaries team serving asset managers in Liechtenstein:
- Provide proactive and efficient support to the Intermediaries team in Liechtenstein.
- Independently manage day-to-day business, including direct client interaction, pending-item management, correspondence, account opening and compliance matters.
- Receive and process orders efficiently across securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition meetings, including business travel arrangements, agenda management, presentations and correspondence.
- Assist in organising and preparing client events, such as the invitation process, in collaboration with Marketing.
- Selectively attend representative events together with Relationship Managers.
- Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training, combined with several years of experience in the Intermediaries business or Private Banking.
- Further professional qualification in banking or business administration.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the international Intermediaries or Private Banking business, including cross-border rules, MiFID and AML.
- An engaged, structured and proactive approach, with a high degree of initiative.
- Strong client focus and service orientation, with high standards of quality and reliability.
- An empathetic and personable individual with professional manners, strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English.
