- Monitor market trends and client trading preferences, build trusted relationships with clients, and provide timely, professional and compliant market information and trading-related support to contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain effective client relationships, respond to client enquiries relating to transactions and account services, and enhance client engagement and retention through needs-based and compliant service.
- Provide regular market updates and analysis to clients; respond promptly to daily enquiries and service requests; and handle client feedback, complaints and issues in accordance with internal procedures to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships and client loyalty through one-to-one engagement, client seminars, investment strategy briefings, investor education sessions and other approved client engagement activities; identify appropriate referral opportunities in line with clients’ needs and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics or related fields is preferred
- Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin as working languages, English fluency is a plus
- Eligible Hong Kong work visa (e.g., IANG, TTPS, QMAS)
- Solid basic knowledge of Financial Market, proficiency in the trading rules of complex financial derivatives such as options
- 2 years or more of experience in complex derivatives trading, and personal high-frequency trading experience is preferred
- Passionate about the trading sector, familiar with the characteristics of short-term trading client groups, equipped with keen market insight, strong trading thinking and psychological gaming ability, capable of independently analyzing market trends and formulating short-term trading strategies
