About the Role
Everest Global Services, Inc., a leading member of Everest Re Group Ltd, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Global Claim Operations team based in Singapore. As a Reinsurance Claims Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Global Reinsurance Claim Department. Key Accountabilities
In this role, the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Receiving, indexing and distribution of claim correspondence, in all formats, to the appropriate parties

Processing payments and other financial transactions

Receiving new losses, verifying accuracy of information via coverage, and completing data entry of initial file setup

Performing quality review analysis of claim data for accuracy in accordance with established procedures and internal controls

Document management and entering data in various reinsurance claim systems

Providing operational support to Claim management, Claim technical staff and our internal and external customers
Qualifications, Education & Experience
-
College Degree preferred
-
Work experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry is a plus

Solid organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required

Familiarity with electronic document management applications (OnBase, Image Right, SharePoint, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required

Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a collaborative team

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow through on tasks/projects
