Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Contribute to business cases for new capabilities that reduce risk, protect revenue, and create efficiency through AI- and automation-powered solutions
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn data, research, and market trends into clear recommendations
Experience leading and owning high-priority initiatives from problem definition through execution, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
Strong business judgment and the ability to evaluate competing inputs to determine the best path forward
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting complex topics to senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Comfort working in ambiguity, moving quickly, and learning new subject matter with limited direction
Experience working effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones, with the ability to adapt communication and working style to different audiences
Demonstrated experience using, implementing, or partnering on AI- or automation-enabled solutions such as regulatory or legal technology, analytics platforms, workflow automation, or data pipelines
Ability to translate business or regulatory needs into clear requirements for technical teams

Curiosity about emerging AI and automation trends in regulatory, risk, and compliance spaces, along with a thoughtful and responsible approach to experimentation
A collaborative mindset, strong influencing skills, and the ability to build alignment across teams without direct authority
A commitment to continuous learning and continuous improvement in both regulatory practice and technology-enabled ways of working
