Job Description

Just imagine building partnerships that bring more families into LEGO® Discovery Centers across the US. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Regional Trade & Partnership Manager for the eastern/ western part of the US, you'll grow visitation and revenue through a focused network of travel trade and commercial partners. You'll develop relationships across the US markets, negotiate agreements that create mutual value and recognize the brand visibility great partnerships can bring alongside ticket sales.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the Boston office.

Relocation & visa assistance are not offered for this position.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience having built and managed commercial partnerships or trade accounts that grew revenue, visitation, or partner performance.
  • Negotiated commercial agreements that balanced business results, long-term relationships, and mutual value.
  • Identified new business opportunities and managed a partner pipeline, prioritizing where to focus commercial effort.
  • Reviewed partner performance and improved trade accounts to increase revenue or attendance.
  • Developed partnerships that created brand exposure or audience reach alongside direct sales.

Additional nice to have

  • Worked with partnerships in travel, tourism, leisure, attractions, or another commercially focused environment.
  • Used ticketing or booking systems and their integrations.
  • Reviewed and reshaped a partner portfolio to improve trade performance across regional markets.

What you'll build

  • Own and develop the US (east/ west) portfolio across travel partners, tourism organizations, resellers, affiliates and other commercial channels.
  • Identify, pitch and negotiate partnerships that grow ticket sales, visitation, and awareness.
  • Review partner performance, strengthen valuable relationships and recommend where to simplify or reshape the portfolio.
  • Work with revenue management and operational colleagues to align pricing, agreements, and partner activation.
  • Partner with marketing teams, regional leaders, and attraction Heads of LDCs to develop locally relevant opportunities.
  • Track commercial performance and partnership opportunities, turning what you learn into clear recommendations.

If you've developed partnerships in travel, tourism, leisure, attractions, or another commercially focused environment, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to spot an opportunity, build a compelling partnership and turn it into results.

Life on the team

You'll join LDC Sales & Marketing as we build dedicated trade and partnership expertise within the LEGO Group. We're collaborative and action-oriented, working closely across regions, attractions, marketing and revenue management. You'll have room to shape how we work with partners, communicating clearly across different priorities while taking ownership of your decisions.

What success looks like

In your first year, you'll build trusted relationships with key partners and develop a clear view of the regional trade portfolio. You'll strengthen existing partnerships and activate promising opportunities that contribute to visitation and revenue goals. As the portfolio develops, you'll help create a healthier partner network and stronger commercial discipline while working closely with regional colleagues, attraction leaders, marketing and revenue management.
