Position Summary
As a Regional Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible of driving the adoption of Samsung's integrated B2B solutions across Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) by translating technology capabilities into tangible business value for customers. Acting as the bridge between technology and sales, this role develops industry-specific value propositions, enables and trains sales teams, and provides technical expertise that accelerates business growth.Role and Responsibilities
- Develop compelling solution value propositions tailored to key industry verticals by combining Samsung's portfolio across Mobility, Display, Digital Appliances, Air Conditioning (HVAC), IoT and enterprise IT solutions.
- Position business outcomes and customer value rather than product features, demonstrating how integrated solutions address customer challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
- Support regional and local sales teams throughout the customer engagement process by providing solution design, technical consulting and pre-sales expertise.
- Deliver technical and commercial training to Key Account Managers and country sales teams, improving their ability to position and sell integrated B2B solutions.
- Work closely with product, marketing and business development teams to identify market opportunities, create sales assets and refine solution messaging.
- Engage with customers and senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders, to articulate digital transformation strategies and the business value of Samsung solutions.
- Support the development of reference architectures, solution blueprints, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for priority industries.
- Monitor technology trends, competitor offerings and emerging customer needs to continuously enhance Samsung's solution portfolio and go-to-market approach.

- Demonstrated experience in a technical sales or solution specialist role
- Passion for technology, digital transformation and IoT, with a strong desire to solve customer business challenges.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, networking, cloud, security and IoT ecosystems.
- Broad technical knowledge across Mobility, Professional Display, Digital Appliances, HVAC and connected device ecosystems.
