We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen market presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, expanding dealer and channel partner networks, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction and building materials industry. This role requires a strategic sales professional with excellent leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with channel partners, architects, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), builders, and internal teams to identify new business opportunities, increase market penetration, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers an opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team while contributing to long-term business growth.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Drive regional sales performance by achieving revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, builders, contractors, and key customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across retail, distribution, and project sales segments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, business plans, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
