Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies  
  • Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company. 
  • IT solutions sales in Private schools in the region  
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts  
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.  
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts  
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities 
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs  
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency  
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board 
  • Building Collaboration and Alliances 
  • Building Referral programs with influential companies 
  • Building a strong network of key stakeholders in the region at Government/ Banking/ Large e-commerce companies/ Educational Institutions etc 

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in IT solutions sales (preferably to private schools or education sector)
  • Experience leading and coaching a sales team to achieve targets
  • Strong account management and relationship-building with key stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate and close large customer/partner agreements
  • Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Ability to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Proven ability to research and identify new customers and market opportunities
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams
  • Experience building partnerships, referral programs, and regional stakeholder networks (government, banking, e-commerce, educational institutions)
  • Client-facing skills to provide timely, effective solutions aligned with client needs
