Skills Required
- Proven experience in IT solutions sales (preferably to private schools or education sector)
- Experience leading and coaching a sales team to achieve targets
- Strong account management and relationship-building with key stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate and close large customer/partner agreements
- Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Ability to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Proven ability to research and identify new customers and market opportunities
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams
- Experience building partnerships, referral programs, and regional stakeholder networks (government, banking, e-commerce, educational institutions)
- Client-facing skills to provide timely, effective solutions aligned with client needs
