Regional Sales Manager - West

Message from the Hiring Manager:
We're looking for an experienced manager in Medical Device sales to lead a team of direct sales representatives in our West Region to support our growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceed monthly performance standards set by the VP of Sales
- Identify and retain top talent in order to successfully grow sales team
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
- Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and domestic sales team
- Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs
- Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera’s C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)
- Requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel – 3 nights per week
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management
- Experience in fast growth company or division
- Navigating and obtaining the VAC process; selling into the OR
- Managed at least 5 direct reports
- Must have positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales rep
- Bachelor’s degree

- Savvy Presentation and communication skills
- Analytical
- Experience in working with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
- Proficient in Excel
- Master’s Degree
