Regional Sales Manager - Unicel
Unicel Architectural is a Canadian manufacturer of sustainable glass, timber, and aluminum products. This position reports to the U.S. National Sales Manager, and the territory coverage includes the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
What You Will Do:
- Calling on architects in primarily the healthcare space, to get our Vision Control product line specified. Conduct meetings and presentations. Follow up with architects on potential jobs.
- Visit with glaziers to develop a strong relationship and work in conjunction on projects and bidding. Educate on the products as well as update on new innovations.
- Call on healthcare systems facilities directors, staff architects, and construction teams. Provide education on the products for them to ask the architect to specify it and help defend the spec.
- Be in touch with general contractors of projects to ensure our space on the project and not get value engineering down/out.
- Network with industry associations.
- Attend trade shows as needed.
- Potentially overseeing a rep agency in the smaller markets.
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to travel 40% of the time within the region.
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
