• Job Overview:
As a Regional Sales Execution Manager, you will lead the in-store execution strategy across an entire state, managing a key regional retail account from an operational perspective. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic insights with hands-on field leadership, develop managerial skills, and influence P&G’s market success at the point of purchase.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of P&G's in-store execution strategy and results across the assigned state, ensuring excellence in merchandising, planogram compliance, promotional activation, and brand visibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner with the Key Account Manager (KAM) for a key regional retail chain, developing strong relationships with operative managers and stakeholders.
- Influence decision-makers to ensure P&G is recognized as the best executed and most preferred supplier within the assigned regional chain.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Analyze the competitive retail landscape, shopper behaviors, and market dynamics to develop actionable strategies that maximize sales fundamentals.
