Lead regional sales for the CV & CE portfolio: develop and execute business plans, scale volume with profitability, build and manage channel and sales teams, oversee P&L and budgets, coordinate with credit/operations/risk/IT/compliance, ensure portfolio quality and collections, recruit and train staff, and drive cross-sell and upsell.

x. Manage portfolio quality (delinquency) , profit, enhance productivity.
xi. Manage cross sell and upsell of products
xii. Manage assigned collection effort through sales team.

- Team leadership: recruitment, performance management, training and capability building
- Portfolio quality management including delinquency and collections oversight
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
