Provide hands-on API support for Channels and Payments, handle incidents and service requests via ITSM, perform bug fixes, run operational checks and reports, liaise with vendors and application owners, update SOPs and manuals, pursue automation opportunities, and identify application vulnerabilities with security involvement.

Strengthen bank fraud risk management by assessing fraud indicators, investigating potential fraud, evaluating controls, and recommending mitigation measures. Support Treasury mid-office MIS and reporting: prepare daily treasury tracker, value investments, run daily stress tests and VaR, monitor limits (daylight, forex, IGL/AGL), compile interest rate sensitivity/DSB returns, and upload GPB returns.

Support and maintain Oracle General Ledger and Oracle E-Business Suite environments. Perform database and middleware administration including WebLogic, Apache/OHS, patching/cloning, performance tuning, OPP and XML/BI Publisher troubleshooting, JVM and OS-level monitoring, shell scripting, and automation.
