What you’ll do as Regional Sales Director:
Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers to deliver on sales targets and business objectives.
Oversee the performance and development of Sales Representatives through Sales Managers.
Implement and execute regional sales plans in alignment with the Sales Director’s strategy.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate CRM data management.
Identify market opportunities and support Sales Managers in customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to support sales initiatives.
Drive adoption of sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the Sales Director.
You are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in energy solutions or related industries.
Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams, including Sales Managers and Representatives.
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel within the region as required (up to 50%).
Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
Basic tech experience in industrial experience – transactional understanding
Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English.
