Job Summary:
The Area Recruitment Manager (ARM) is a key member of our Talent Acquisition team and plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. As a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, the ARM provides guidance on hiring needs, staffing levels, future talent gaps, and recruitment plans. This role not only provides strategic leadership, but actively executes the agreed upon plan to drive operational excellence and achieve impactful outcomes. The ARM will continually evaluate market conditions to ensure candidate pools and pipelines stay at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated demand during seasonal peaks, expansions, and calm state business cycles. The ARM will drive recruitment efforts (sourcing, reviewing, screening, scheduling, hiring), develop and build recruiting resources, relationships, and networking activities to attract qualified future employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Engage with business leaders and hiring managers to identify and address recruitment needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, and actionable recommendations that align with business goals.

Recruitment Journey:

Lead the full recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and interview preparation for both candidates and hiring teams.

Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

From the initial interaction to the final offer, be dedicated to making sure every candidate feels valued and respected.

Maintain transparent and honest communication with candidates, keeping them informed and updated throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Sourcing:
-
Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to engage with passive candidates across diverse recruitment outlets (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.), social media platforms and employee referrals, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Candidate Screening:

Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume and application reviews and phone screenings, to assess candidate qualifications for various roles

Interview and Selection Management:

Oversee the management and coordination of interview panels and the selection committee.

Extend offers and facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires

Data-Driven Proficiency:

Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process.

Identify areas for improvement and streamline efficiencies.

Manage our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to ensure data accuracy, proper candidate stage tracking, and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.

Use data insights to influence hiring teams, cross-functional partners, and project direction, ensuring alignment with our company's objectives.

Required Education/Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field required

Minimum 6-8 years full-cycle sourcing and recruitment experience within a geographically dispersed organization, staffing industry, professional services industry, or agency

Minimum 3-5 years vendor management experience
-
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

Salary:
- $115,000 - $150,000
