Job Description SummaryThe PC Lifecycle service in ASPAC is a complex operation - with 5 lifecycle hubs (LCH) operated by Dell, and a portfolio of suppliers and service providers in the smaller, indirect countries. The largest LCH, although operated by Dell, is onsite in the GEHC facility in Bangalore – and needs close partnership with a GEHC leader. The role of the Regional PC Supply Chain Leader for ASPAC is to deliver an optimized PC supply chain service that meets users’ expectations, whilst managing cost effectively.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Produce a forecast for the demand of PCs in region, based on in-fleet age, catalog and agreed policy.

Work with Dell and GlobalServe to ensure stock levels at the LCHs and warehouses in region are optimised to meet timely demand, without creating surplus stock adding to costs.

Submit PC bulk orders for stock or major onsite projects or refreshes.

Work with the Finance team to ensure an alignment of POs, invoices and payments to meet financial targets.

Develop and leverage a process to chase users to ensure the return of unwanted PCs as part of company exit or refresh.

As part of the interfaces and transfer processes – ensure there is a high level of reconciliation between the GEHC ServiceNow and vendors’ systems for data and transaction records.

Own service level management for meeting delivery expectations, and hold vendors accountable for achieving SLAs.

Partner with Dell during the transition of PC models - to minimise impact to PC delivery and catalog alignment.

Drive service improvement in region, including scope changes with the vendor such as processes or responsibilities.

Act as an escalation point in region for any user that has queries of concerns with the lifecycle of their PC.

Expand scope and involvement to solve operational challenges at a global level as needed.

Drive initiatives across the service tower – focussing on key priorities such as cost optimisation and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 15 years+ of experience
- This role requires significant experience in the Digital Technology & Lifecycle Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
