You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a network of partners who can sell and deliver RapidScale's cloud services to their end customers. You will also work closely with internal teams to provide sales support, marketing resources and technical guidance to your partners.

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for owning revenue and growth opportunities within your regional market. You will:

  • Manage and nurture channel partner relationships within assigned sales territory.
  • Collaborate effectively with the channel sales organization in the field.
  • Align with top-selling partners and their key stakeholders.
  • Develop a robust partner ecosystem that generates consistent sales results (this includes creating and using a partner heatmap to prioritize sales efforts and engagement levels).
  • Recruit new partners into the program based on their profile and potential to sell cloud solutions.
  • Set mutual success metrics with top partners and execute a go-to-market sales plan.
  • Lead partner engagement, training, co-marketing and product awareness activities, leveraging internal resources as needed.
  • Provide partner trainings on value proposition, business impact and product education.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Qualify and distribute sales opportunities to channel sales team.
  • Travel to attend regional and national partner events regularly.
  • Provide sales support as needed.


Who You Are
With targets to meet and quotas to exceed, you're a strategic thinker who knows how to drive results. Here's what else you bring to the table:
Minimum:

  • A bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in managed IT services; or 10 years of experience in managed IT services in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of DaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, O365 and SD-WAN.
  • Previous experience supporting sales in both indirect channels and direct sales organizations.
  • Proven history of successful sales performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time for corporate, regional and national partner events as needed.


Preferred:

  • Proven track record of excelling in complex sales environments.
  • Experience in both direct and indirect sales models.

USD 108,900.00 - 163,300.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $108,900.00 - $163,300.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $90,000.00.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
