As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching the leadership teams in the plants within his/her scope, to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).
How you will contribute
You will:
- Improve sites overall KPIS and performance through creating culture of continuous improvement from operators to management
- Leading step by step Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program implementation
- Ensure a coherent site masterplan aligned with business needs
- Hands-on lead real-world problem-solving sessions to tackle actual breakdowns, equipment, and process losses. Developing and improving standards and create work process to prevent failures to recure.
- Ensure site has healthy cost governance and budget management process and Support site in identifying potential cost improvement project
- Encourage replication - drives change by conducting on-site workshops to set an example for others to follow
- Conduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (co-assessor or lead assessor)
- Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams & key group decision-makers

- Experience in the following areas: continuous improvement, engineering/projects, production
- Engineering degree plus around 15 years' experience in MSC with an industrial focus (production, engineering/projects) and continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry.
- At least 5 years' experience in implementing industrial excellence programs (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, WCM, IWS, etc.)
- Fluent English and French required
This position can be based at our plant in Jussy (02) or our business office in Clamart (92).
