You coordinate and implement our operational excellence program to help our leaders deliver results. A core part of this role is to create a continuous improvement (CI) mindset and to provide tools and technique capabilities to develop organizational self sufficiency.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Apply CI principles, tools and techniques to create a zero-loss culture that enhances our capabilities in loss identification, loss eradication and prevention
- Nurture a CI culture that challenges the status quo and changes our employees' behaviors
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques to drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees so they can successfully achieve their targets
- Encourage leaders to manage performance using balanced score cards. You will also coordinate the KPI performance review, using root-cause analysis for those out of target and implementing corrective actions
- Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed I collaboration with internal partners

More about this role
In this role, you will support four plants in France-in Besançon, Charleville-Mézières, Jussy, and Vervins-in implementing Mondelez International's Manufacturing Excellence program.
To this end, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Taking accountability for results improvement by leading TPM implementation (incl. Run to Standard/Run To Target) on the shop floor, working directly with operators and support functions :
- Facilitating hands-on problem-solving sessions to tackle actual breakdowns, equipment and process losses,
- Conducting gemba walks and identifying improvement opportunities based on real-time and data-driven observations
- Running practical autonomous maintenance workshops, ensuring operators apply IL6S methods in daily operations
- Monitoring results and ensuring that TPM initiatives bring measurable improvements in OEE, downtime reduction and defect rates.
- Engaging directly with machine operators, Team Leaders, Line Centric Organization to build a culture of ownership over equipment and work-processes.
- Assess progress, makes summary and report it out to senior management.
- Challenge Plant Leadership Team on pace, quality and deliverables from program implementation.
Success Profile
- You have hands-on experience implementing TPM (training teams, driving a culture of change on the shop floor).
- You lead sessions focused on solving real-world problems (guiding teams to identify and implement solutions, while taking ownership of the results).
- You enjoy concret actions (working directly with production teams, demonstrating TPM principles in action).
- You know how to engage operators and all levels of management in TPM, ensuring they take ownership of maintenance activities and problem-solving.
- You possess strong facilitation and coaching skills to effectively guide teams through the continuous improvement process.
- You understand production-related challenges and adapt your approach to implementing TPM to different environments, with a focus on concrete results.
