Our client, a key player in the Telecommunications Service Sector is seeking to engage the services of a top professional for the role of a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be solely responsible for supervising and ensuring optimum operational in various designated regions.
Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Effective coordination of Field activities within the region.
- Adequate management of diesel by dealing with report on theft, diesel shortage, reason for sites with High Consumption Rate, testing of diesel density e.t.c
- Preparation and submission of weekly budget for maintenance spare parts.
- Ensures escalations are effectively and satisfactorily treated.
- Proper coordination of weekly maintenance of DGs within clusters in the region.
- Supervision of janitorial services on sites within the region.
- Interfaces with customer to ascertain excellent service delivery and ultimately increase client base.
- Ensures the work-force within his region work harmoniously to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering
- 4-5 years experience in managed services, Telecom sector specifically.
- Proactive and good time management proficiency
- Excellent supervisory skills
