Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities, ensuring the team is engaged and productive.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and expand our sales funnel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers to determine their needs and successfully implement solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate with other BUs to share standard methodologies and drive One Thermo business approach.
- Influence the Business development team to build a strong funnel and win large deals.
- Provide coordinated service support in collaboration with technical & service support team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the scientific or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and empower a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
