  • Support recruiting and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and change agent during organizational and business initiatives.
  • This position will be based out of a store with regular travel to support around 7-9 assigned store locations throughout the Midwest and Western United States.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations in a retail, hospitality, restaurant, distribution, or other multi-unit environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using data and workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% throughout the assigned region.

Why Join Micro Center?

  • Enjoy a highly visible role with significant impact across multiple store locations.
  • Work for a company that values people, development, and career growth.
  • Combine strategic HR partnership with hands-on field support.
  • Be part of a team dedicated to creating an exceptional associate experience.
