Leads CRM and customer data strategy for an omnichannel retail organization. Oversees acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, personalization, segmentation, loyalty, customer data quality, platform integrations, and geo-targeting across digital and store channels. Manages Bloomreach and related CRM technologies, tracks omnichannel KPIs, drives BOPIS and store conversion, and leads a CRM and lifecycle marketing team while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, stores, merchandising, e-commerce, IT, digital, analytics, and customer support.

Assemble and reconcile inventory, cost of sales, and merchandise accounting data. Prepare inventory adjustments, vendor allowances, price protections, GL entries, daily wires, and reporting. Support physical inventory counts three times yearly and assist Inventory Control Manager with reconciliations, process improvements, and cross-functional communication.
