Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Forecasting: Provide consolidated outlooks for both revenue and expenses at monthly basis; identify business implications and partners with stakeholders to execute targeted action items; explore improvement of forecast modelling and approaches to better meet the dynamic needs of the business.
- Annual Budgeting: Partner in budgeting cycle to set fiscal year goals which aligns with company’s strategic vision; stress-test budget assumptions and formalize action plans to address underlying variances or risks.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with functional heads to review monthly spend analytics, identify variance and driving corrective actions to ensure expenses remain aligned with established fiscal targets.
- Profitability Analysis: Evaluate actual profitability outcome and perform deep-dive analysis to identify key performance drivers, translating findings into operational action items that capitalize on strengths and mitigate financial risks.
- Business Case Review: Lead P&L assessment on proposed growth initiatives and flight network reconfiguration; perform scenario testing and synthesize financial data into clear executive summaries to guide management strategic decision making.
- Financial Advisory: Provide expert cost analysis for flight network operations, commercial pricing strategies, and new business development initiatives to drive profitable growth.
You will be a great fit if you
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably with an MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA.
- Experience: Minimum five years’ relevant working experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of project management and proficiency in Excel usage, Oracle Essbase and SQL
- Capability to use AI tools (e.g. GEMINI, Copilot) for automating data synthesis, summarizing long-form reports, generating initial analytical commentary, building AI-assisted trend-based model would definite be advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, business acumen, and solid story-telling communication skillset
- Sound knowledge in financial management analytical tools and investment modelling
- Fluency in both written and spoken English are a must
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
