Mondelez AMEA Region is organized as a Global Supply Chain Principal (GSCP) business model, led from Singapore, with responsibility for making strategic decisions for the Region. The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of the regional business model that is defined and managed by GSCP Company (i.e. MIAPL, Singapore).
The role is a Global Supply Chain Principal's strategic role making decisions and providing guidance on Strategic Sourcing for AMEA. The role leads AMEA s spend area team and drive Global/Regional Sourcing strategies for Ingredient spend tower, to optimize the total cost of ownership and create a competitive advantage for the organization, through building and developing breakthrough sourcing strategies, value management and optimization, supplier relationship management and stakeholder management.
How you will contribute
The Senior Sourcing Manager plays as GSCP role making strategic decision and leading s sourcing strategy development and implementation for Sugar and Grains across AMEA. This role will lead Sugar and Grains spend area team to bring right material at right cost from right supplier to meet the goals of 6 BUs in AMEA region including 47+ manufacturing sites in 18 countries.
What you will bring
1. Ensure Supply Assurance with best-in-class quality (RFT), service (OTIF) by building agile and resilient supply network and enhanced BCP.
2. Optimize the total cost of ownership by driving strategic sourcing including cost model, risk management based on the advanced market intelligence and leading edged sourcing process.
3. Deliver YOY productivity and cash target. He/She will build productivity roadmap to ensure pipeline sufficiency and lead the execution by ensuring an effective stakeholders management and cross functional collaboration.
4. Engage and guide the spend area team to manage the high complexity through strategic sourcing, prioritization and simplification, internal and external benchmark, total grain and sugar supply chain improvement.
5. Create the vision and opportunity for continuous improvement in line with company's vision and strategy to drive the KPIs and business result.
6. Make sure the compliance with procurement policy as well as GSCP requirement by leading GSCP quarterly strategic meeting, and ensuring contract approval and management for GSCP strategic suppliers.
7. Drive the innovation and sustainability program for meeting BU goal as well as EISD agenda for the AMEA region across all categories and BUs
8. Manage Cash (DIOH and DPO) in the region with an extended team of buyers (spend and BU)
9. Strong people management to lead team to deliver results and growth team capability
10. Lead and governance AMEA Kitchen and Pantry team delivery
