To manage a team of Strikers and lead them to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets ( Retail channel ), Gas Stations ( Petroleum channel ), Convenience, and Kiosks ( Independents channel ) accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards, Trade Marketing Plans as well as Key Account agreements.
Job DescriptionRegional Management
- Action plan, mange and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, volume increase etc.
- Coverage of defined database both personal and team. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
Relationship Building
- Build great relationships in defined region by providing first class customers service and engagement with the world of Red Bull.
- Encourage sustainable relationships with external regional managers. Drive a collaborative culture between internal regional managers.
Promotional Activities
- Implementing the promotions according to the agreed conditions in the store from the first day.
- Ensure that teams secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
Team Training and Development
- Train, motivate, lead and develop the skills of the team in order to maximize their potential and results. Make all the field visits and sales coaching necessary with each of the Strikers.
- Performance Management including probation reviews, 1:1 check-ins, low performers etc.
Team Management
- Define and communicate SMART objectives to the Strikers under his/her responsibility. Ensure all Strikers have the information and tools they need to perform their role.
- Manage team budgets including, but not limited to, team travel, free goods, incentives etc.
- Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity. Foster strong relationships between Red Bull and the strikers themselves.
Administrative work
- Complete all reports before deadline. Use the reports to analyze and develop the Striker’s performance. Planning and implementing quarterly campaigns. Regular audit quality checks.
3 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.
Leadership, motivation and team skills.
Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
Strong analytical and organisational ability.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with Field Force automation.
High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Management reporting and budget control.
Valid driving license.
