We are now looking for a Regional Demand Planner to strengthen our team within Husqvarna Construction.

🔧 About the Role

In this role, you contribute to ensuring high product availability and accurate financial and demand forecasts across assigned markets. You work closely with Sales, Central Demand teams and Operations, combining data analysis with market insights to support strategic decision-making. The role includes responsibility for coordination Forecast, Demand, Inventory and CRM-related processes within the regional structure.

🛠 Also in the role

  • Drive continuous Sales process improvements including CRM and Back Order recovery for Sales and Aftermarket.

  • Deliver monthly S&OP demand reviews with markets, highlighting key deviations, risks and opportunities.

  • Identify gaps in supply plans and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risks of stock-outs or overstock situations.

  • Analyse customer buying patterns, seasonality and market trends to support planning and decision-making.

  • Follow up CRM usage across markets and analyse quote development to provide insights to the demand planning process.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting supporting demand visibility and performance tracking.

💡 Your Profile

You combine a structured and analytical approach with the ability to collaborate across functions. You are comfortable working both with data and with stakeholders across Sales, Finance and Operations.

We also see that you have:

  • A University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar.

  • A couple of years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain roles, preferably within a B2B or industrial context.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with forecasting tools such as SAP APO, Logility, Excel or Power BI.

  • Experience collaborating with markets and operations, preferably including aftermarket exposure.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and an understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies.
