Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory and contract changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance tracking and notification processes.
- Review and update required forms to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit contract reports accurately and on time.
- Develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including corrective action follow-up.
- Manage and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Investigate compliance-related incidents, including Fraud, Waste, Abuse, Privacy, HIPAA, and other critical matters.
- Oversee Criminal Background Check (CBC) reviews and compliance requirements.
- Maintain compliance records to support audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership and compliance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Provide compliance training and guidance as needed.
Qualifications
3–5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry.
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Proven track record in managing audits, regulatory reporting, and policy implementation.
Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulatory frameworks, and risk management processes.
Proficiency in using compliance management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
