Who We Are

Penn Aluminum International LLC, a Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway Company, is a leading domestic Aluminum extruder of high quality, tight tolerance drawn tubing for the Automotive, HVAC, Defense and other critical American Industries. The company recently developed a new product line of UL listed Rigid Aluminum Conduit (RAC) and Penn Aluminum BLUE LIGHTNING Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) to diversify into the Electrical Construction Market. The benefits of these products include reducing overall electrical project costs, improved worker and jobsite safety and supporting the trend of more sustainable construction design.

What You’ll Do

The Regional Commercial Manager will be responsible for creating market acceptance and demand for our Rigid Aluminum Conduit and Aluminum EMT products. The focus of the position will be to work both independently and with our existing regional sales agents to promote the benefits and recommended practices for usage of these conduit products at electrical contractors, electrical distributors and design firms.

Responsibilities include influencing the end-users of these products at all organizational levels regarding the benefits of Penn Aluminum conduit and driving the transition from steel to Aluminum conduit within the electrical construction market. By driving acceptance and demand for our Aluminum conduit products from design to jobsite and back through the distribution supply chain, the large market share historically maintained by galvanized steel conduit products will open opportunities for extensive growth for Penn Aluminum.

·       Working closely as a critical team member with Penn Aluminum Conduit & EMT management, customer service and manufacturing personnel.

·       Maintaining knowledge of and track the progression of important construction projects that will require and drive demand for Penn Aluminum Rigid Conduit and EMT products.

·       Supporting the development of product sales materials, articles and presentations as appropriate.

·       Identifying gaps in the product offering to advise on the development of new products and applications.

·       Providing pre-sale and value-add post sale support to customers on product applications.

·       Coordinating activities with the Penn Aluminum commercial team and regional sales agents.
