Position Summary
The AX Productivity & Enablement Manager is responsible for driving the organization’s AI-based productivity and transformation agenda. This role leads the development of AI productivity strategies and roadmaps, oversees the performance and governance of AX initiatives, and builds enterprise-wide AI literacy and adoption.You will work with various stakeholders and departments to ensure AI initiatives are strategically aligned, performance-driven, and sustainably adopted across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
1. AX Strategic Planning- Develop AI-based productivity and innovation strategies aligned with business priorities
- Derive insights through technology trends, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Establish mid- to long-term AI-driven productivity improvement roadmaps and execution strategies
- Identify and translate emerging AI and digital technologies into practical business and service applications
- Support leadership decision-making through structured insights and strategic recommendations
- Review and manage the overall status of AX projects, including consolidated project reviews
- Manage project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies across AX initiatives
- Track, monitor, and verify performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Verify task inputs and execution status by division within the AX performance management system
- Design and assess ROI and value realization using quantitative metrics (e.g. cost, manpower, operational efficiency)
- Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership
- Develop AI literacy enhancement strategies and roadmaps for employees
- Plan and design customized AI learning programs and curricula based on different proficiency levels
- Conduct planning and quality control (QC) of AI education programs and learning materials
- Plan, write, and distribute internal and external communications, including AX service introductions and promotions
- Drive AI adoption through learning, communication, and change enablement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge- Relevant experience in developing AI-based productivity or innovation strategies
- Experience analyzing new technology trends and applying them to business or service improvement
- Proven project experience in Machine Learning (ML) or Large Language Model (LLM) related initiatives
- Familiarity with AI technologies, data platforms, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Strong capability in data-driven problem analysis, deriving improvement measures, and implementing solutions
- Ability to design and analyze ROI using quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with domestic and international stakeholders
- Competence in preparing management and performance reports with clear insights
- Experience in planning and delivering internal training programs or workshops
- Structured, execution-oriented mindset with strong coordination skills
- Experience in company-wide transformation, productivity, or digital initiatives (i.e. from ground-up or further system & strategy development)
- Exposure to learning program design, change management, or enterprise enablement
- Ability to design or oversee visual and educational content for internal communications
