About the Role:
As Region Growth Analytics Manager, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and other opportunities for User Growth. Working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, where the latest cutting-edge software technologies are at your disposal, you’ll research and analyze local insights and current user trends to create robust business reports that will improve the overall user growth, transactions and overall business growth and profitability in the region. Your work will also provide the necessary data and insights for our local teams to further their experimentations and better optimize their products and services to regional preferences and needs.
What you will do:
- Create detailed business analysis, outline the problems, opportunities and solutions for the business on User Growth
- Create the dashboard metric and monitor the User growth related metrics and performance
- Analyze the performance results for each initiative and GTM made
- Create & maintain the business dashboard for the merchant marketing function
- Support target tracking with deeper data analysis
- Ability to present the data & provide actionable insights to the region user growth team and leadership for strategy improvement
- Work with regional user growth, analytics and central/product business team for day-to-day collaboration
What you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.5 (or equivalent academic standing), preferably majoring in Business Analytics
- Strong project management skills in order to enhance the collaboration between regional and district team in achieving regional targets
- At least 3 years of work experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Excellence
- Solid experience in handling analytical SQL, Tableau, Java and/or other programming languages
- Ability to manage and monitor business analytics processes, such as utilizing data to provide recommendations, devise initiatives, and problem-solve
- Ability to mentor and relay information about business analytics to your team
