What You'll Do:
- Create regional sales plans and goals aligned with business objectives.
- Support day-to-day activities of sales representatives.
- Evaluate team and individual performances.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual goals.
- Identify hiring needs, select, and train new area managers.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
- Address potential problems and suggest solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or reduction.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales and sales management
- Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team using strong, positive coaching methodologies that are direct, strategic, and clear.
- Ability to utilize excellent communication skills to convey clear, direct, and motivating messages to the team.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a positive mindset to manage day-to-day sales operations effectively.
- Previous experience fostering a resilient and adaptive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
- Ability to engage the team in the company's sales philosophy and process. Be open to new ideas and ensure each salesperson feels like a key part of the team and the solutions provided to customers. Achieve team-wide buy-in, even when preferences differ, to drive productivity
- Ability to do 25% travel
- May require a valid driver’s license
Salary Range:
$95,000 base + bonuses
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
