Job Description:
Under general direction, the Referral Coordinator coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining preauthorizations, and communicating status of appointments.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Other education preferred.
Computer skills preferred.
