As a Sourcing Specialist at Global Payments Process Centre, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you utilizing your expertise in candidate engagement to support the company's ambitious goals.
Reporting to the Sourcing lead, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and screening high-calibre candidates across a range of exciting roles. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Actively source, screen, and assess candidates from diverse channels to build a robust talent pipeline
• Leverage various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and effectively match candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process, including candidate data and progress
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Talent Acquisition team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sourcing, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to organize events for leads generation
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Preferably with digital sourcing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
