The Opportunity
The OSAT Sourcing Specialist manages commercial and operational coordination for Assembly & Test suppliers, working closely with cross-functional teams and OSAT partners. This role ensures accurate pricing governance, purchase order management, new item setup in Oracle, invoice resolution, and PPV/IPV validation in collaboration with Finance and Cost Accounting. This position has decision-making authority on commercial terms, pricing alignment, cost variance resolution, and operational prioritization to achieve business and financial objectives.
What You Will Do
Manage coordination of commercial processes for Assembly and Test with OSAT suppliers, including pricing frameworks, long-term agreements, and cost roadmaps
Facilitate material requirements reviews, capacity planning, allocation alignment, and material buy-back validation.
Own supplier pricing, negotiations, and lifecycle management to drive cost competitiveness and margin improvement.
Develop and maintain long-term supplier cost models, pricing benchmarks, and performance scorecards. Drive strategic cost optimization, including productivity programs, value engineering, and alignment with corporate margin targets.
Align sourcing strategy with business and financial objective. Partner with Finance on PPV/IPV governance, cost variance analysis, accrual validation, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Planning to ensure capacity, materials, and allocation readiness meet forecasted demand and customer commitments.
Support allocation strategy during constrained supply situations. Lead supplier performance management across cost, delivery, quality, and responsiveness; implement corrective actions as needed.
Support NPI initiatives by aligning supplier capability, commercial terms, and ramp readiness.
Monitor material readiness and escalate gaps between demand, capacity, and supply with mitigation plans.
Serve as the commercial bridge across Finance, Planning, Business Units, and OSAT partners Participate in S&OP and demand reviews.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, PSM policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts award process.
Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.

What You Will Need
Bachelor of Science in Engineering major in Industrial or other specialized courses
Preferably with work experience, minimum of two years, in related function focused on OSAT subcontractors, or equivalent
Deep understanding of supply-demand planning and allocation dynamics
Strong financial acumen (standard cost, variance analysis, margin impact)
Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
Proficient in Oracle Coupa Procure to Pay and Kinaxis
Advanced skills with MS Office
Analytical with strong problem solving abilities
