Job Description

Our mission

We are looking for a Recruiter/Headhunter to join our HR team in Romania and help us fill our open positions in our local SSC but also in other SSCs of Coface Group.

The overall activity has focus on end-to-end recruitment processes.

Your Role:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles;
• Sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates that meet the client's requirements, tailored to their target market.
• Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary;
• Advertise open positions to external and internal networks;
• Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals;
• Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data;
• Keep in touch with applicants, schedule all recruitment steps, offer feedbacks, cover the offering process;
• Occasionally deliver ad-hoc HR reports.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Recruiter/Headhunter or similar (preferred previous experience in recruitment agency/executive search);
• Previous positions recruitment with french experience is desired;
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques;
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails);
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously;
• Good decision-making skills;
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
• Advanced French and English language skills.
