A Talent Attraction Supervisor is in charge of ensuring that the team performance is met or exceeded, conducts Market Intelligence, and provides reports and recommendations for process improvement. Provide guidance to the team members through coaching sessions, monitor performance, and drive employee engagement. He/she should also be knowledgeable in all sourcing processes including but not limited to lead generation through different source channels
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring team performance and sending report to the Talent Sourcing Manager

Team governance and guidance
-
Assists his/her direct reports on employment concerns
-
Keeps track of time-in and time-out of the team
-
Provides in-depth Market Intelligence reports from the requests by agent hiring within ProbeCx
-
Updates team performance and provides feedback including team RNR
-
Responsible for monitoring social media and providing community engagement across social media channels

Ensure the team completes the deliverables

Interview candidates under him/ her as necessary

Coordinate and collaborate with his/her recruitment operations counterparts
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
-
At least 1 year Supervisory experience is required
-
Has working knowledge of Recruitment & Staffing Methodology
-
Amenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
