What We'll Bring:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Transformation to lead and deliver strategic change initiatives across our region. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our business, driving innovation, and ensuring we remain agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.You will work closely with the executive team to set the direction and pace of transformation, ensuring alignment with global strategy while addressing regional nuances. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring exceptional strategic acumen, operational execution, and change management capability.
What You'll Bring:
Develop and Execute Strategy in Region:
Create and lead a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals, with a focus on operational excellence, digital innovation, and cultural evolution.
Drive Regional and Functional Alignment:
Coordinate transformation efforts across multiple business units and geographies, ensuring coherence, alignment, and measurable impact.
Oversee Portfolio Governance:
Design and manage robust governance structures, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely reporting of transformation progress to executive leadership.
Embed Change and Build Capabilities:
Ensure transformation outcomes are sustainable by embedding new ways of working into core operations, supported by process redesign, skills development, and leadership coaching.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships and influence at all levels, including Board, C-Suite, and external partners, to drive buy-in and momentum across the organisation.
Deliver Measurable Value:
Define and track clear business outcomes—customer experience, financial performance, employee engagement—and ensure benefit realisation from all transformation activities.
Monitor and Adapt to Market Trends:
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market shifts to continuously inform and evolve the transformation agenda.
Risk & Interdependency Management:
Anticipate, assess, and mitigate strategic and delivery risks across the transformation portfolio.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive senior leadership experience in transformation or change roles within large, complex, and fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes (digital, operational, and cultural).
- Experience leading change across multiple countries or regions with diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes.
- Outstanding leadership and team-building skills; able to inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-Suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in transformation portfolio and programme management, with knowledge of agile, Kanban, and OKR-based approaches.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development, budget management, and ROI tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, KPIs, and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience embedding lasting change through change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, Lean Six Sigma).
Impact You'll Make:
- Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Professional certifications such as:
- Change Management: Prosci, ACMP
- Programme Management: MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2
- Lean/Agile: Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, Scrum Master
- Strong digital literacy and awareness of enabling technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data platforms).
- Experience in leadership coaching or organisational development is a plus.
