We’re seeking a Recruitment Officer to support the delivery of recruitment projects for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client vacancies from job briefing to successful placement.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate screening summaries and recommendations for clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and placement success.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform other recruitment and talent acquisition duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment or consulting company.
- Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience sourcing candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Immediate availability is required.
