As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process for academic positions at Sparks English — including Teacher, Teaching Assistant, and occasionally Native Teacher roles.
🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment for Teacher, Teaching Assistant, and Native Teacher roles (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offering).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and English skills.
Coordinate interviews with the Academic and HR teams.
Assist in preparing offer letters and maintaining recruitment records.
Student/fresh graduate from Psychology, HR, Education, Communications, or related fields.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good English communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
