You will be joining our Global People / Talent Acquisition and Employer branding team. We are covering mainly recruitment for local offices, but you can expect cooperation on global projects as well.
Your responsibilities :
Sourcing and actively approaching talents in internal and external databases, job boards and social media
Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts
Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews with the candidates
Supporting recruitment process (job description, advertising, interviewing, arranging process)
Coordinating candidates during recruitment processes
Administrating candidates’ data in ATS
Supporting senior colleagues
