Deine Aufgaben
- Aktives Sourcing von deutschsprachigen Kandidat/innen (z. B. über Jobbörsen und soziale Netzwerke)
- Durchführung von Interviews und Erstgesprächen
- Begleitung der Kandidat/innen durch den gesamten Recruiting- und Onboarding-Prozess
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern und internen Teams
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kandidatendaten im System
Dein Profil
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau
- Englischkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau
- Gute MS Office- und allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse
- Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, HR oder Kundenkontakt ist ein Plus
- Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Recruiting und Talent Acquisition
